Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our ability. However, slight variations in color, texture, and weave patterns may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our textiles and differences in screen displays.

All silk products are made from genuine silk fibers. We guarantee the authenticity of our materials and will provide certification upon request.

Orders can be placed through our authorized channels. All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before order processing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, digital payment methods, and bank transfers as specified at checkout.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed products in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Custom-made, specially ordered, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

Cotton and blended fabrics may be gently hand-washed or machine-washed on a delicate cycle with mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight when drying.

Proper care instructions will be provided with each purchase. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or maintenance.
